BEC (Banyuwangi Ethno Carnival) 2 which was held on Sunday (November 18, 2012) by the Government of Banyuwangi regency, was invaded by the spectators and heavy rain. The event held for the second time in welcoming the day so Banyuwangi each year, inviting the interest of many people, as well as local and foreign tourists to watch.
